THIS IS THE GOLD’S GYM CHALLENGE!

This is intended to be a general guide that will explain the Gold’s Gym Challenge and will help you maximize results.

This year there is a total of $87,000 in prize money with $12,000 of it guaranteed to go to our members right here in the valley.  We are also introducing our new Buddy Challenge this year which should be a lot of fun, inspirational and will provide even more winnings for couple of hard working “buddies!”

Our vision is to have a positive and measurable impact on the community in which we do business. The purpose of the Gold’s Gym Challenge is to be a spark that can ignite a lifetime of healthy living.

This is a contest that measures positive change—change in physical appearance and change towards a healthier lifestyle. This is NOT a Body Building competition or a weight loss contest. This is a Body Transformation competition. This is about taking the reins and effecting positive, measurable change in your life, which supports the vision of positive, measurable change in the community. Most of all, the Gold’s Gym Challenge is about discovering your own strength. When individuals discover that they are capable of pushing harder and reaching higher than they think they can, we all benefit. Gold’s Gym is about coming to know your own strength......and then never forgetting it. In our experience, those who discover that inner strength and achieve their goals are the same people who influence and reach out to help others.

As you begin the Gold’s Gym Challenge, we want you to start thinking about “sustainable fitness” as a key objective. The Gold’s Gym Challenge may be your spark, but sustaining your program requires advanced planning. As you near the finish line of the Challenge, consider it the starting line for sustainability. We are here to help you determine how to do just that.

Thank you for taking part and making this commitment to yourself. We wish you the very best in your quest to be healthy and active.
